I buy my fresh cream only from our local central California dairies and pasteurize and homogenize them myself. No goopy ingredients or "chunky funky" things get added in along the way either... just pure vanillas (that we have made for us in Paso Robles), cocoas (that we buy from Guittard in San Francisco), sugar (from Hawaii), California eggs, and completely natural flavorings from all over the place.
