We've been singing the praises of McConnell's Fine Ice Creams since 1949 because clearly, there is no better ice cream made on this planet. How do I now this? I buy my fresh cream only from our local central California dairies and pasteurize and homogenize myself. No goopy ingredients or "chunky funky" things get added in along the way either... just pure vanillas (that we have made for us in Paso Robles), cocoas (that we buy from Guittard in San Francisco), sugar (from Hawaii), Californian eggs and completely natural flavorings from all over the place.
